As an English teacher, I believe that language is not just a tool for communication, but also a gateway to understanding different cultures and ways of thinking. Therefore, it is important for my students to not only learn the grammar and vocabulary of English, but also the cultural context in which the language is used.
I strive to create a comfortable classroom environment where my students can feel free to ask questions and make mistakes without fear of judgement. I also encourage them to practice their language skills outside of the classroom, whether through reading, listening to music, or watching movies in English.
But most importantly, I hope to inspire my students to develop a love for the English language and a curiosity for the world beyond their own. By doing so, I believe that they will become global citizens who can communicate effectively and respectfully with people from all walks of life. |
